Occupational Therapy
Our services include an individualized assessment to determine the client’s goals; it also includes a customized intervention to improve our client’s ability to perform daily activities and an outcomes evaluation to ensure that these goals are met. These goals include, but are not limited to:
• Adaptation of material or equipment such as wheelchairs, bath or toilet seats
• Changes to the living or working environments.
• Development of new skills & abilities such as job readiness
• Pain management
• Sensory integration programs
• Improvement of fine and gross motor skills
• Improvement of writing skills and posture
• Improvement of visual motor integration and visual tracking skills
Speech and Language Therapy
Our aim is to help clients of all ages who struggle with acquired and/or developmental language disorders communicate with efficacy and confidence. Our services cater to the following clients:
• Training on feeding and swallowing difficulties in infants
• Hearing impaired clients
• Cleft palate patients
• Children with language delays
• Clients with problems of sound production and articulation
• Stammering and stuttering
• Selective mutism
• Voice problems
• Head, neck, and throat cancer
Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) Addiction
Alcoholics Anonymous is a nonprofessional, self-supporting community of men and women who have or have had a drinking problem. It is a safe space where individuals share their experiences, strengths, and hopes to recover from alcoholism. This is a free program where the one requirement is the desire to stop drinking. The primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
