Jana AlHabash is an Assistant Psychologist specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is experienced in aiding the assessment of mood disorders, learning difficulties, executive functioning impairments, and a range of neurodevelopmental disorders including anxiety, depression, dyslexia, ADHD, and ASD.
Her therapeutic training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT in training). Guided by the belief that every behavior is a form of communication, Jana is passionate about making therapy accessible to neurodivergent individuals, helping them live fuller lives by adapting approaches to their unique forms of communication.
