Dr. Hala M. S. Dabbagh is a Counseling Psychologist (Ph.D.) and Couples & Marital Therapist. She works with teenage and adult clients and has experience with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and premarital/marital conflicts. With over 15 years as Head of the Counseling Department at CMS Girls School (ASG), Dr. Hala has extensive experience counseling adolescents and supporting families.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), with a current focus on couple and marital conflict. She is passionate about helping people, especially couples in distress, using an integrative emotional, behavioral, and cognitive framework.
