Manar Ahmad Shiekh Sroujieh is a Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Jordan (2020). She specializes in working with adolescents and adults experiencing self-harm, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, depression, OCD, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and over-control. Manar works with clients diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, and antisocial personality disorder.
Her therapeutic practice integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She has completed DBT Intensive Training, DBT Prolonged Exposure (PE) Training, and OCD-specific training. Guided by a hybrid, holistic approach, Manar believes that every individual is capable of reaching their “life worth living” goals. She is passionate about understanding the influence of trauma, attachment, and relationships on personality development, and works closely with both individuals and families to create supportive environments that foster healing and growth.
