Rana Al-Kayyali is a Speech and Language Pathologist with a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders (MSc, Honors, Top 3 of Class) and a Bachelor’s in Audiology & Speech-Language Therapy (BSc, Honors, Top 3 of Class) from Al-Ahliyya Amman University. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cochlear implants/hearing loss, developmental language disorder, dyslexia, stuttering, speech sound disorders, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
Her clinical expertise spans AAC, early intervention, fluency, speech and language development, oral-motor and literacy intervention, as well as voice and swallowing disorders. Rana integrates evidence-based modalities such as Oral Placement Therapy (OPT), play-based interventions, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), DBT emotional regulation training, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and humanistic therapy. She is passionate about empowering children to communicate confidently and views parents as active partners in therapy.
