Tala Takriti is a Junior Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Theory and Practice in Clinical Psychology from the University of Reading (2024) and a B.Sc. in Psychology with Honours from City University of London (2022). While she works with clients across a wide age range, Tala’s primary focus is supporting children and adolescents. She has experience with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and grief-related difficulties, as well as challenges related to emotional regulation, self-esteem, and school adjustment.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), guided by empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique journey. Tala is driven by the belief that even small moments of change can make a meaningful difference, and she is dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces where young people and families feel empowered to grow and heal. She integrates creative and child-friendly approaches, including play-based methods, art, and mindfulness, to make therapy accessible and engaging. Tala is passionate about making therapy approachable and meaningful, especially for children and adolescents. She values creating a warm, supportive environment where families feel heard and understood.
