Lindsay is experienced in supporting adolescents and adults through stress, anxiety, grief, and difficult life transitions. A former international middle and high school teacher with more than a decade of experience across five countries, she brings a genuinely cross-cultural lens to her work. Lindsay has particular expertise in supporting adolescents presenting with anxiety, low self-esteem, interpersonal and peer-relationship difficulties, academic stress, and the adjustment challenges of relocation and cross-cultural transition. Having also provided grief and loss counseling to cancer patients and their families at MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the world’s leading cancer hospitals, she offers real depth in supporting clients through fear, grief, loss, and hard transitions.
Lindsay’s therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered methods, and motivational interviewing. Guided by a trauma-informed philosophy, Lindsay is passionate about creating a safe and validating space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their strengths. She is committed to helping clients transform pain into resilience while rediscovering their own capacity to grow.
